| Annual Winter WSSO/PCSO Conference |
Information about our annual conference will be coming soon. Stay tuned.
A new exciting program on January 14th, 2005 for the Northern Component of the PCSO and the WSSO Staff Conference is awaiting you. The meeting will start with the joint Doctor and Staff lecture on topic of customer service with nationally known speaker Rosemary Bray. In the afternoon, the doctor's lecture will be presented by Dr. Rafael Alcalde, an oral surgery professor at University of Washington School of Dentistry. Dr Alcalde will show orthodontic cases treated with the surgical placement of the orthodontic anchorage mini implants in addition to other innovative surgical orthodontic procedures. Staff afternoon session will be held after the roundtable topics luncheon. Rosemary Bray will lead a lecture on how to "WOW" your patients with fun and easy internal marketing ideas that really work. Look for a registration packet this fall and sign up for a fun and educational day for a whole office. See you there! |
